2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using our website (travelcompass.gr) and the services we provide, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Our services

We act as an intermediary between you and third-party travel suppliers (hotels, accommodation providers, airlines, ferry operators, etc.). The travel services you book are provided by these suppliers, and your booking is subject to the supplier's own terms and conditions in addition to ours.

4. Bookings and payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices shown include all fees disclosed to you at the time of booking. Local taxes payable at the property are clearly indicated.
• Payment is processed securely. By submitting payment details, you authorise us to charge the total amount shown.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (names, dates, contact details). Errors may result in non-refundable charges.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation rights and refund eligibility depend on the supplier's policy and the rate you booked. Each booking confirmation states the applicable cancellation rules. Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or modified.

6. Travel documents and requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you hold valid travel documents (passport, visa, health certificates) for your destination. We are not liable for losses arising from missing or invalid documents.

7. Liability

We act in good faith as an intermediary. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of suppliers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the price paid for the affected booking, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) is the property of Travel Compass or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it without prior written permission.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Bulgaria, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights under EU law.
