LOCATION & GENERAL INFORMATION

The Royal Park Hotel 4* & Apartments 3* is a complex located approximately 1.2km from the beach. from Bansko’s gondola and the
ski slopes, 1,9km. from the Municipality of Bansko and 1.4 km. from the Church of the Holy Trinity. In winter the band is a favorite
destination for skiers and offers a ski equipment storage locker and free shuttle service from the hotel to the lift and back (from
program). Ideal for those who want to try something new and combine a relaxing holiday with a high personal
attention.
Royal Park is a complex consisting of 5 separate buildings with 135 apartments and studios and a hotel
building with 57 double and family rooms. At guests’ disposal are: 24-hour reception, lobby bar, restaurant, foyer,
free Wi-Fi throughout the property, relaxation area, indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym, massage, ski storage
locker, scheduled transportation to and from the first lift gondola station, free parking.

In order to provide the best possible accommodation to all our guests, we have created the Standard and Family
rooms with mountain and city views. All 57 double and family rooms have a 32-inch LCD satellite TV.
TV, desk, armchair, telephone, central heating, safe (free of charge), internet connection (free of charge). ο
The bathrooms are furnished and come with a shower and hairdryer. All hotel rooms are non-smoking. Pets are
is not allowed. Free parking is at your disposal.

ROYAL PARK APARTMENTS 3*
The Apartments are located in a separate building with no connection to the main part of the hotel. For privacy
and for safety reasons the annex buildings are not equipped with lifts.
The apartments have a total area of 60 sq.m and consist of a living room with kitchenette with
microwave, toaster, fridge, refrigerator, individually controlled air conditioning, extendable sofa and a separate bedroom.

One Bedroom Apartment: 2+0, 2+1, 3+0, 2+2, 3+1; Minimum capacity – 2 full fillers.
Option A: 1 large room with 2 standard beds and 1 extendable sofa bed 120/190 cm.
Option B: 1 large room with 2 standard beds, 1 extendable sofa 120/190 cm. and 1 extendable armchair 70/160 cm.
The Studios- located in the annex buildings with the Apartments are 40 sqm with one bedroom and small
kitchenette with cutlery, microwave, toaster, fridge and air conditioning.

EAT & BEVERAGE

The Royal Park Hotel & Apartments offers accommodation in BB (Bed and Breakfast) and HB+ (Breakfast and
dinner with drinks). The Royal Park Hotel’s 100-seat restaurant offers a local and international buffet
cuisine, themed dinners and also festive dinner of New Year’s Eve. For our guests we also offer selected wines and
drinks.

Lobby Bar – In the warm and pleasant atmosphere our guests can enjoy fine drinks, a wide variety of
of hot and cold drinks, local and international alcoholic beverages.

SPA & RELAX CENTER

The Royal Park Hotel Relax Center offers a wide variety of treatments to relax your body and soul, pamper yourself with a variety of massages, body treatments, sauna and steam room.
